Shipping & Returns

**COVID-19 update – Due to the ongoing pandemic, delivery times may vary depending on factors that are out of our control.  In order to ensure items are delivered in a timely fashion, we ask you to please allow for extra travel time. For any questions, please contact 204hauscrafters@gmail.com **

PROCESSING TIMES

All of orders are custom made. Items  take approximately 3-5 business days to make + transit time.

US SHIPPING

We offer FREE  USPS 1st Class shipping for all orders over $40. For expedited shipping, please select an alternate shipping method available in the drop down menu at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates, taxes, and duties will be auto-calculated by USPS upon checkout. You are responsible to pay any duties or taxes as determined by the country of destination at this point. For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back to 204 Haus Crafters at your own cost. Item (s) must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. You are liable for all duties and taxes charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to 204 Haus Crafters.

**HOLIDAY ORDERS**

US customers---please place your order on or before DEC 10th, 2020 to ensure item(s) arrive on time for the holidays.

International customers—place order on or before NOV 27th, 2020 to allow oversea transit through customs.

​

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we will help you open a case with the courier and try to locate your package. However, once the package leaves our hands we cannot be held responsible for what may happen during transit.

RETURN POLICY

Sometimes things are not a right fit. We get it and are here to help. 204 Haus Crafters will exchange or refund merchandise for all returns initiated within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. International returns are responsible for any return customs duties or tax.

We do not accept returns for the following items:  Custom Orders, items purchased with a discount over 40%, or items labeled "Final Sale".

204 Haus Crafters reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise not in its original condition or beyond the designated return period. We only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from 204hauscrafters.com or from our Etsy store. For 204 Haus Crafters merchandise purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.

We do not accept order cancellations. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order at 204hauscrafters@gmail.com

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Contact us at 204hauscrafters@gmail.com and we’ll email you return label to be placed on the outside of your return package. We ask you use any remaining original packaging materials and secure the return label to the top of the package. Once you’re package is ready to to be shipped,  drop it off at your local USPS office.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take time for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.
